Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Swipy (the "App"), published by Yoni Golfor ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Swipy, you agree to these terms.

The App

Swipy helps you review, organize, and delete photos and videos in your device's photo library. You retain full ownership of your photos and videos at all times — Swipy only helps you act on decisions you make yourself. No item is ever permanently deleted without your explicit confirmation.

Free usage

Swipy is free to use, with a daily limit on the number of swipe actions available on the free tier. This limit resets daily and may be adjusted from time to time.

Subscriptions and purchases

Swipy offers optional premium plans that remove the daily limit and unlock additional features:

Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly.
Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed annually.
Pay Once — a one-time purchase granting access to premium features for the active lifecycle of the App, with no recurring charge. This purchase grants access for the lifetime of the product, not the user, and does not guarantee that the App will be supported, updated, or available indefinitely.

Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and are charged to your Apple ID account. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its own policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Swipy only for its intended purpose — organizing your own photo library on your own device — and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.

No warranty

Swipy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we've built Swipy to safeguard your photos (including a Review Bin as a safety net before permanent deletion), we are not liable for any loss of data resulting from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of your use of Swipy is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms or the App itself from time to time. Continued use of Swipy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Swipy at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App at our discretion.
